Shipping Policy
At Magnum Kit, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders over £50. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email at support@magnumkit.co.uk. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We want you to shop with complete confidence at Magnum Kit.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@magnumkit.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
